Reservation and cancellation policy for packages:
A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation.

The program and/or set of activities can be modified if circumstances beyond our control compel us to do so.

If Saguenay adventures cancel the activity for reasons beyond our control, you will be fully refunded.

Saguenay adventures is accredited by the Association of Professional Adventure Ecotourism Quebec (AEQ).

Cancellation policy for all cancelled activities

7 days and more – reimbursement of 90%
3 to 6 days - reimbursement of 50%
48 hours or less - no refund
