Explo-Fjord Kayaking

Discover the most beautiful section of the Saguenay Fjord on our 3-day trip on the wild and wonderful Fjord. You will be led by our professional and experienced guides who will ensure your comfort and safety while guiding you on this unique outdoor adventure.

Day 1:
Meet the guide at the Fjord-du-Saguenay National Park at Rivière-Éternité. With a little help from the guide, you will pack your personal gear into your kayak and adjust the equipment to get ready to go. Lunch at the park.
Begin kayaking towards the “Vierge Notre-Dame de Saguenay” statue. As the group paddles along, the guide will give you some tips to help your paddle stroke and overall technique. The guide will explain the history of the statue and start to tell you about the Fjord. Cross over to the North Shore. Seal watching and arrival at the first campsite.

You will spend the evening around a campfire the night in a tent.

Camping equipment, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 2:
Departure from Anse du Portage (Portage cove) towards the islands of Saint Barthélémy and Saint-Louis. Explore the islands and caves.
Arrive at the campsite and set up camp. If he conditions are right, paddle out to the mouth of Baie Sainte-Marguerite or around Île Saint Louis.

You will spend the evening around a campfire and the night in a tent.
Camping equipment, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 3:
Departure from the Îlets Rouges campsite towards the Baie Saint-Marguerite, a sanctuary for Beluga whales in the Saguenay-Saint Lawrence Marine Park. Continue to Baie Saint-Marguerite for lunch and watch the whales from the beach.
After lunch, it’s off towards L'Anse-Saint-Étienne, a former logging village, located in lower-Saguenay that is now a family and nature resort. Arrive at the beach and unpack the kayaks.
Return to your car.
